My Approach to Bodywork

Gentle, intentional touch to help your body feel safe, supported, and at ease.

When you come in for a session, my goal is simple: to help you feel more at home in your body.

Whether you’re carrying tension, pain, stress, or just the weight of daily life, I offer a combination of deeply supportive techniques that meet you exactly where you are. These methods are gentle and effective—and they work with your body, not against it. Together, we create the conditions your nervous system needs to relax, reset, and restore balance.

Our Modalities

  • Close-up of a person giving a massage to another person's back, with one arm and hand visible, and a tattoo on the person's arm.

    Positional Release Therapy

A gentle method that positions your body into comfort to help melt pain and unwind tension patterns.

  • Close-up of a person's back being massaged, showing hands applying pressure on the shoulder blade.

    Trigger Point / Neuromuscular Therapy

Focused pressure and movement to release deep muscle knots and retrain your body’s natural balance.

  • A person lying on a bed with their back exposed, receiving a massage from another person.

    Rock to Relax

Gentle, rhythmic rocking that soothes the nervous system and invites deep, internal relaxation.

  • Close-up of a person's hand performing a massage on another person's back.

    Pulsing

Wave-like motion that helps your body naturally release stored tension—without force or effort.

  • Close-up of a person receiving a massage, with their hands clasped together in front of their face. The person has a tattoo on their arm and is resting face down on a massage table.

    Rebalancing

Supportive movement and touch that restores flow, freedom, and integration throughout your body.
